Doctors are great but unfortunately the front desk is your main and first point of contacts. These ugly hearted and ugly personalities shouldn't be working here. People take the reviews into consideration. Manager doesnt do anything just trains them to be like this. Complaints isnt going to do much. Unless you go up high and make a big complaint. These reviews come from real people. DO NOT GO HERE.

Staff did not advise of any long wait times, ended up just going and asked them to cancel the appointment. No one bothered to ask after my wellbeing or advise how much longer it might have been.

Booked for 6pm, be seen at 7.15pm ad an example. When following up with reception, response is unfortunately it's the way it is. Take a seat! Wtf
