  These guys False Advertise Big time! My husband and I were sold a 12 month contract each. To make the sale, the manager sold us a big story of how the gym is under construction, that they were having a women's only facility installed, that they will be installing showers as well as a proper bathroom facilities. Also, they were going to start group classes, they were even going to have a Moroccan Bath facility and a Beauty Salon... the Works! We signed up in February of 2016, and the changes were supposed to be implemented by April 2016. It is now November 2016 and nothing has changed. The place still looks like a dump... the 2-3 toilets they do have are absolutely repugnant, hygiene level is ZERO. They don't even have the spray and wipe bottle to wipe down the machines after use, i think I have only seen the bottle full and the paper towel present twice in all this time! Yuck! When I wanted to report this to staff, they were no where to be seen.
  
  As a woman, I was sold on the fact that I could workout in a women's only section, I don't feel comfortable working out in front of so much testosterone, what woman does? And that place is predominantly testosterone based, its just that type of gym.
  
  Spoke to the Manager about cancelling our contracts, enough is enough, 9 months later it doesn't look like any of these improvements are happening any time soon. He refused, instead offering us his "solution" to suspend our contracts until the gym is newly renovated... and what are we meant to do in the mean time? Just sit and wait? And when is this Newly renovated gym actually happening? Perhaps in another 9 months from now?
  
  With only 3 months left, you would think they would keep their customers happy and just cancel both our contracts, but they would rather be greedy and see if they can squeeze out the last 3 months from us.
  
  We have taken this to Consumer Affairs and are prepared to take it all the way to VCAT, as for us its not about the money, it simply the principal, that we were Sold A LIE. I also will report them to the Office of Health Services Commissioner for the state of their toilets- disgusting!
  
  The only good thing about this gym is a handful of the staff are friendly, but that's about it.

  I have been doing all the combat classes for over 5 years and love all the coaches! Learning from highly accredited coaches they are patient and take the time to teach proper technique.
  The space is massive! I have recommended In2Combat to the rest of my family and friends. Amazing community, no egos!

  Working out here as a casual visitor quite frequently, I can say this is hands down the best gym I've been to so far! Best performance gym and the atmosphere is incredible! As soon as you enter the gym your motivation levels go up!! Love how it caters to everyone's needs.
  
  Although, some of the equipment is a bit rusty, there's no music in the gym sometimes, gym is quite cold (but you warm up pretty quickly!) and some of the weight plates have become so rusty that they don't show how much the plates acrually weigh.. it's still a great gym! :)

  This gym is probably the biggest in the South East and they have plenty of equipment for bodybuilding, powerlifting and conditioning. Staff is friendly and plenty of trainers are available. Ample parking and always ON timings.
  
  However, the gym has its fair share of downsides as well. Gym is not generally good with repairs, once the equipment breaks down, it is left there to rot for weeks/months without a fix. They had all new equipment when they started about a year back but now most of the things (esp. auxiliary stuff like bands, bosu balls, bar attachments, etc.) are non-functional or have disappeared without replacement.

  Definitely the best gym in Melbourne. Great staff and equipment and they have a world class wrestling coach who is the Australian National Wrestling Coach and also great boxing and kickboxing fitness classes a long with a great BJJ trainer.
  
  Can't complain one bit. It's got what you need.

  Facilities aren’t that great at all.
  They have only have 2 toilets which aren’t well maintained.
  Only one shower in the entire gym. At time you have to wait for a while just to use a toilet.
  Air conditioning not that great either.
  More suitable for power lifters though.
  Nowadays every gym provides with a shower and a locker facility
  And this gym really needs to pick its game up when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness.
