  Has to be the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with a few but this was the first time that I've had a pleasant experience. Jenny Ho and her team were fantastic to deal with, they went above and beyond what was required. They made the whole process seemed effortless, they were always available anytime they were needed. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you want great, pleasant experience then look no further, you will not be disappointed

  Tim and Hafiz were professional, quick to respond to our inquiries and always kept us in the loop. From the initial conversation with Tim to Hafiz putting up the sold sign was less than 3 weeks.
  
  As first time sellers, we were very happy with the result and would definitely recommend these two to anyone that is trying to sell their house. I have no doubt that they will continue to deliver and have one success story after the other!
  
  The Sale By Set Date was a new concept but it was carefully explained to us. It's an excellent strategy that brings the stability of a traditional private sale and the urgency of an auction. In our particular case, I think it brought the competitive nature of several buyers and got us the result we were hoping for.

  I didn't have good experience with other real estate agents.... but with Barry Plant Noble Park it's very good service.... I have been with Barry Plant Noble Park leasing 3 investment properties since 5 years they are the best... quick response, good tradesman attending the property everything perfect ...
