- mmlek Lek Added October 01, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Took passport photos here in August 2016 and put through our passport application in September 2016 at Springvale Post Office only to have the photos taken at noble park rejected. Not only did the manager "Joel" refuse to look up our receipt despite having ALL details e.g date, time, type of payment, but also refused to give us a refund despite making us run around for an hour to call customer service ourselves. Customer service and manager of customer service said we are entitled to a refund, and even so Joel questions this and rudely says no.
